Research Engagements

Study scope, methodology, timeline and deliverables are defined in a separate statement of work prior to any engagement. These terms govern general website use; engagement-specific terms take precedence for commissioned research.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a statement of work, published research findings, methodology descriptions and white papers on this site are the property of COGNITA LABS and may be cited with attribution.

Confidentiality

Client-specific study data and findings commissioned under a private engagement are treated as confidential and are not published without client consent.

Limitation of Liability

Research findings represent measured outcomes under the specific conditions tested and should not be treated as guarantees of performance in all deployment contexts. COGNITA LABS's liability is limited as permitted by law.
